“The Price of Compromise”
Every time you compromise, something in you dies a little. You trade conviction for comfort, fire for familiarity, and purpose for approval.
It doesn’t happen overnight. It happens slowly, one excuse at a time. One “it’s not a big deal” or “I’ll do it later” at a time.
Until you start calling what’s broken “balance,”
and what’s actually disobedience “wisdom.”
But deep down, you know the truth…
You’ve been too quiet where you should’ve spoken, too tolerant where you should’ve drawn a line, too comfortable where you were meant to carry the weight.
You can’t walk in authority while negotiating with what you were called to conquer. You can’t build a legacy while living off compromise.
Guard what’s sacred.
Refuse to bend for applause.
Hold the line when no one’s watching.
Because the cost of compromise is always greater than the comfort it promises 🙏🏽
