Leaders are followed by what they do and how they carry themselves. They’re followed and are attracted to by their ACTIONS, and trust builds from their words, results, and fruits.
If we want to influence change, if we want to be an impactful leader, we have to start with ourselves. As the famous saying goes, “Be the change you wish to see.”
